- Removable front door, which allows us to easily insert a container for draining the oil through the drain valve, with a 1 ″ lever key.

- Thermal insulation of the fryer body in anticaloric fiber with special coating inside the elbows of the same with refractory cement, special to prevent

  breakage of the thermal bridge.

- Provided with removable stainless steel fireplaces, for expulsion of fumes and hanging from dosing machines and potato cutters.

  PROPANE GAS OPERATION:

- It includes a burner and a permanent pilot light, Express brand, model 621, with a working pressure of 1.5 Bar and a heat output of 49.3 Kw.

- Protective anti-splash plate in the chimneys.

- Automatic temperature control by means of maximum precision digital thermostat (+ -1º).

- Safety thermostat independent of the main thermostat to avoid that a possible failure of this can cause the oil to ignite.

- Safety switch that prevents the fryer from operating after a power failure without prior reset by the user.

 -Illuminated pilot lights for operation and over-temperature warning.

- Although its operation is by propane gas, it needs external power for its electrical components to work (230 v).

- It is supplied with a 3 x 1.5 mm power cable.

- Endowed with C.E. for outdoors (places or open spaces)
